Cardinal Brothers Landscaping provides residential and commercial services including, but not limited to:

Mulching
Gutter cleaning
Power washing
Yard maintenance
All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
2. ESTIMATES & PRICING
All quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time
Final pricing may change based on actual conditions (e.g., property size, debris, accessibility)
We reserve the right to adjust pricing before or during service if conditions differ from the original estimate
Estimates are typically valid for 7–14 days unless otherwise stated
3. PAYMENTS
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
We accept cash, card, or other agreed-upon payment methods
Late payments may be subject to additional fees
We reserve the right to refuse future service for unpaid balances
4. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule
Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances
5. ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property
The Company is not responsible for delays or incomplete service due to restricted access
Customers are responsible for securing pets and removing obstacles before service
6. PROPERTY CONDITIONS & LIABILITY
We take reasonable care while performing services
However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property, landscaping, irrigation systems, or structures
Underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or hidden hazards must be disclosed prior to service
The Company is not liable for damage resulting from undisclosed conditions
7. WEATHER & SERVICE LIMITATIONS
Services may be delayed or canceled due to weather conditions
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or events outside our control
8. REFUNDS & SATISFACTION
If you are unsatisfied, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion
We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns
Refunds are issued at our discretion
9. SMS & COMMUNICATION CONSENT
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive communications (calls and SMS) from Cardinal Brothers Landscaping, including via our communication provider, Grasshopper.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
